First Quest Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 97 085 338 183) is the sponsoring company responsible for distributing and marketing the First Quest Retirement Service and First Quest Investment Service. As sponsor, it is committed to providing simple, quality investment solutions and services for financial advisers and their clients.

First Quest Capital Pty Ltd, a 100% owned subsidiary of AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited (ABN 78 069 123 011), is the sponsoring company responsible for distributing and marketing the First Quest Retirement Service. As sponsor, it is committed to providing simple, flexible and sound investment solutions.

Synergy Capital Management Limited (SCML) is the Responsible Entity of the First Quest Investment Service (ARSN 098 113 207), a registered managed investment scheme, and the Registrable Superannuation Entity (RSE) Licensee of the First Quest Retirement Service, Fund Registration No. R1055474. SCML is a wholly owned subsidiary of AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited (ABN 78 069 123 011). As the single Responsible Entity, SCML is responsible for ensuring that the Investment Service is operated in accordance with the Corporations Law and the Constitution. As RSE Licensee, it is responsible for ensuring that the Retirement Service is operated in accordance with the Trust Deed and Superannuation Law.

As a condition of Synergy Capital Management Limited’s RSE license, a risk management strategy and a risk management plan must be developed for the superannuation fund. The Risk Management Strategy and Risk Management Plan describe how the RSE licensee identifies, monitors and manages its risks.
