Synergy Capital Management Limited (SCML) is the Responsible Entity of the First Quest Investment Service (ARSN 098113207), a registered managed investment scheme, and the RSE Licensee of the First Quest Retirement Service, Fund Registration No. R1055474. SCML is a wholly owned subsidiary of AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited (ABN 78 069 123 011). As the single Responsible Entity, SCML is responsible for ensuring that the Investment Service is operated in accordance with the Corporations Law and the Constitution. As RSE Licensee, it is responsible for ensuring that the Retirement Service is operated in accordance with the Trust Deed and Superannuation Law. Funds under management for which SCML is responsible have grown to approximately $2.2 billion dollars as at 31 December 2007.
