Synergy Capital Management Limited (SCML) ABN 19 062 264 108 is the administrator of the First Quest Investment Service and the First Quest Retirement Service. SCML is a wholly owned subsidiary of AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited (ABN 78 069 123 011). SCML is responsible for ensuring that the Investment Service is operated in accordance with the Corporations Law and the Constitution. It is also responsible for ensuring that the Retirement Service is operated in accordance with the Trust Deed and Superannuation Law.

N.M. Superannuation Pty Ltd ABN 31 008 428 322, AFS Licence No. 234654, is the Trustee of the First Quest Retirement Service and as a condition of its trustee licence, a risk management strategy and a risk management plan must be developed for the superannuation fund.
